Dr Ashok Shah

Dr. Shah is an internationally acclaimed and revered specialist in Pulmonary and Respiratory Diseases (Pulmonology).

He is a lecturer and director at the Patel Chest Institute in Delhi and has worked there for over 30 years. 

He has 200+ publications which include 112 international publications. Further, he has contributed 27 chapters in textbooks on varied subjects. He has several awards to his credit and delivered over 300 lectures. 

He has been an examiner of MD and DM Pulmonolgy at various reputed institutes including AIIMS, New Delhi. Further, he has been an editor of the prestigious Indian Journal of Chest Diseases and Allied Sciences among other journals. 

He was a visiting researcher & fellow at the University of Southampton, UK and University of Mississippi, USA.
